HUNDREDS of Americans are set to receive new direct payments of up to $750 but must meet certain qualifications.
Area nonprofit Inland SoCal United Way will distribute payments of up to $750 every month for up to 18 months.
500 women who are at least 18 in their first six months of pregnancy with income below $90,616 will receive $600 per month — if they live in Riverside County.
120 former foster youth will also receive $750 per month if their income is below $88,847 – they can live in Riverside or San Bernardino counties.
Payments are set to be distributed in “early 2024″ and eligible residents can refer themselves or call to be referred by an agency.
