Two suspects were arrested for allegedly stealing merchandise from a store in Upland, according to the Upland Police Department. On July 2 at about 3 p.m., officers were dispatched to a business in the 1200 block of W. Foothill Boulevard for a theft that just occurred. Officers learned a male loaded a trash bag with hygiene products and fled in a black Jeep.
