Boise, ID (CBS2) – According to CBS an Idaho man has been arrested after investigators in California used DNA to link him to a 1973 cold case. Investigators in Marin County used DNA to link 75-year-old Michael Eugene Mullen to the 1973 sexual assault and killing of Nina “Nadine” Fischer.
