Thomas Cruz-Soto Jr. has been named interim vice president of student services at Riverside City College. Cruz has served as the school’s dean of student services, where he was responsible for student programs such as EOP&S/CARE, Veterans Services, and the Guardian Scholars program, according to a statement on the school’s website.
