MORENO VALLEY, CA – A man was arrested on suspicion of taking photos beneath a woman’s skirt as she was shopping at a business in Riverside County, authorities said. Deputies were called to the 12000 block of Day Street in Moreno Valley, where reports were made of the man taking photographs, the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department said Thursday.
