Woman arrested in Jurupa Valley for drug possession and outstanding warrant

JURUPA VALLEY, California — A woman was arrested in a wooded area near Deanza Marketplace after attempting to hide fentanyl and drug paraphernalia, according to the Jurupa Valley Sheriff’s Station. Deputies discovered she was on felony probation and had an outstanding warrant for vehicle theft.The incident occurred yesterday afternoon when SET deputies conducted an area check and encountered the woman, who initially lied about her identity. Upon discovering her true identity, deputies found she was wanted on a felony warrant and subsequently arrested her for the warrant and several new charges, stated the Jurupa Valley Sheriff’s Station.
