RIVERSIDE, California — Two teenage boys were apprehended early this morning after Riverside police used drone technology to locate them hiding in a yard. The suspects were reportedly checking car door handles in the Orangecrest neighborhood.Officers responded to reports around 1:30 a.m. of suspicious individuals along Santa Barbara Drive, according to the Riverside Police Department. Upon arrival, the suspects fled but were soon found with the help of a drone equipped with FLIR technology. The teenagers attempted to escape again but were quickly caught.In their possession, officers discovered stolen credit cards, IDs, and an airsoft gun resembling a Glock.
