Orange County, CA (April 25, 2025) – A motorcyclist was injured following a collision on Interstate 5 North at Jamboree Road on the afternoon of April 25th in Orange County.
The California Highway Patrol (CHP) responded to the scene at around 4:52 p.m. after receiving reports of a motorcycle down in the high-occupancy vehicle (HOV) lane. The motorcycle reportedly collided with an unknown vehicle, causing the rider to be thrown from the bike. Upon arrival, officers found the motorcyclist with visible injuries and immediately requested medical assistance.
First responders provided initial care on-site before transporting the motorcyclist to a nearby hospital for more extensive treatment. The condition of the rider has not been publicly disclosed but is believed to be serious.
