Capistrano, CA (May 28, 2025) – A serious traffic accident occurred on the morning of May 28th on I-5 North at Avenida Presidio in Capistrano, leaving at least one individual with head injuries after a collision between a Toyota van and a big rig.
The California Highway Patrol arrived at the scene shortly before 9:00 AM. According to responding officers, the airbags in the Toyota van had deployed upon impact. One of the passengers was found bleeding from the head and required immediate medical attention. Orange County paramedics were dispatched and arrived quickly at the scene. The injured party was stabilized on-site and then transported to a nearby medical facility for further treatment and observation. The cause of the crash is still under investigation…..
