Repeat Offender Arrested Amid Proposition 36 Crackdown

In a recent theft case that exemplifies Proposition 36’s stricter stance, Montclair deputies have briskly concluded a theft investigation leading to the arrest of Jeremy Jack Jeffery, a 30-year-old suspect with a track record of similar offenses. According to a press release disseminated by the San Bernardino County Sheriff-Coroner Department, Jeffery was apprehended on Wednesday after being linked to the theft of an electric scooter from a residence’s driveway in the 11000 block of Brunswick Lane, an unincorporated area of Montclair.
