FBI arrests San Bernardino County men for violent stalking, shooting

The FBI announced Monday it has arrested and charged two San Bernardino County men for violently stalking and possibly shooting at two victims in Yorba Linda.

According to the FBI, the suspects were identified as Xiang Li, 42, of Chino Hills, and Bowen Zhou, 33, of Upland.

The alleged violent stalking started in March of 2024, when Li and Zhou began targeting a victim identified only as “Victim 1” and her family member, only identified as “Victim 2,” both of Yorba Linda. The FBI says the victims started receiving threatening phone calls from the suspects, claiming they owed someone $150,000 and suggesting to the victims that they were in danger…
