Alleged Conspirator in Riverside Gang Killing Seeks Bail Reduction

A 20-year-old man accused of conspiring in the gang-related slaying of a Riverside resident and the attempted murder of one of the victim’s friends will ask a judge next month to lower his bail so he can get out of jail.

Francisco Antonio Gallegos of Riverside is currently charged with possession of a loaded concealed firearm and a sentence-enhancing allegation of criminal street gang activity. Gallegos is being held in lieu of $1 million bail at the Robert Presley Jail.
