Restaurant inspections: Palm Springs airport eatery investigated for rodent activity again

A restaurant inside the Palm Springs International Airport was investigated by Riverside County health inspectors this week over complaints regarding rodent and cockroach activity, according to reports.

Las Casuelas Terraza inside the airport (which is operated by Paradies and not the Delgado family, who operates the other Las Casuelas locations) was investigated, where no cockroach activity or mold was found, but rodent droppings were found in certain areas of the facility (no contamination of food/food contact surfaces however). The restaurant was not closed following the inspection, but a reinspection will be conducted in the coming weeks…
