Yesterday, deputies from the Perris Sheriff’s Station made moves to ensure that registered sex offenders and arsonists were sticking to the rule book. During a compliance operation, involving the Sheriff’s Station Investigations Bureau and Special Enforcement Team, they checked in to see that 35 registered individuals were keeping up with the state laws and terms of their probation or parole, as per the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department. Despite the rigorous scrutiny, four residents in the Perris area were caught stepping out of line.
