A devastating traffic collision in Lake Elsinore has left one individual dead. At approximately 11:01 a.m. on Thursday, deputies responded to the intersection of Via De La Valle and Plaza Valenza to find a pedestrian who had suffered severe injuries following a two-vehicle incident, as reported by the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department.
