Eastvale has begun construction on a civic center that is expected to become the centerpiece of the city’s downtown.
A groundbreaking ceremony was held recently at the corner of Hamner and Limonite avenues on the 156-acre site where the project is being built, according to a statement on the city’s website.
When completed, the civic center will be part of a downtown hub that will include residential, retail and commercial elements. It will also be home to city hall, a police station, and a library, and will feature parks, an amphitheater, and green spaces…
