Remnants of Hurricane Priscilla to bring rain by end of the week

SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — Parts of Southern California, the desert southwest and northern Baja will get a taste of some tropical conditions as a hurricane brews in the Eastern Pacific.

Hurricane Priscilla, about 215 miles south-southwest of the southern tip of Baja California as of Monday afternoon, will continue moving north-northeast of the next few days before taking more of a turn east pushing over northern Baja by Thursday.

Tropical storm-like conditions are expected for Los Cabos into Tuesday night with dangerous surf, heavy rain and coastal flooding as the hurricane has the potential to strengthen to a major hurricane in the next 24 hours…
