On the morning of September 28, Chino Hills became the site of a tragic accident that claimed the life of a Whittier resident. The incident, a head-on collision on Carbon Canyon Road, occurred just before 6 AM, with the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s deputies and the M.A.I.T responding to the scene.
