Murrieta Daycare Operator to Stand Trial on Multiple Child Molestation Charges

A Murrieta daycare operator accused of molesting several young girls over a period of four years has been ordered to stand trial on multiple felony charges.

Marvin Alberto Ulloa, 64, was arrested in January following an investigation by the Murrieta Police Department. On Tuesday, Riverside County Superior Court Judge Johnnetta Anderson ruled there is sufficient evidence for Ulloa to be tried on:

  • Nine counts of lewd acts on a minor,
  • Two counts of forced oral copulation of a child under 10,
  • And sentence-enhancing allegations of targeting more than one victim.

Court Proceedings and Next Steps

Ulloa’s post-preliminary arraignment is scheduled for January 16 at the Southwest Justice Center in Murrieta. He remains in custody at the Smith Correctional Facility in Banning on $11 million bail.

Police say they were notified on January 7 about possible sexual abuse involving a girl identified only as “C.F.” Court documents state the alleged incidents occurred at Ulloa Family Daycare, run from a residence on the 27700 block of Hackberry Street, near Clinton Keith Road.
