Southern California continues to get soaked as a powerful storm brings rain and snow to the region on Friday.
“The heaviest rain is happening now,” KTLA meteorologist Henry DiCarlo said at 4 a.m. “We’ll see it through about midday, and then most areas will be getting at least a pause or some breaks in the activity with some rain developing through the afternoon into the evening.”
