Attention Riverside County Residents: Property Tax Deadlines and Payment Options Approaching

Riverside County property owners are reminded that the first installment of property taxes is due by December 10, 2025. Payments made after this date will be considered delinquent. The second installment is due by April 10, 2026. Late payments will result in a 10% penalty. An additional administrative fee applies to late second installment payments.

Treasurer-Tax Collector Matthew Jennings said property tax payments support essential services in Riverside County. Residents can pay online, by phone, or at a kiosk to avoid waiting in line. Online payments from a bank account do not have a fee.

Payments are also accepted in person at County Treasurer-Tax Collector offices. A self-service kiosk is available at the County Administrative Center on Lemon Street in Riverside.
