A drunk Moreno Valley man armed with an illegal rifle and in possession of drugs was arrested and faces numerous charges after an argument with a woman in Bloomington last month, authorities said.
Gabriel Henry Garavito, 37, was found by deputies outside of a home in the 18700 block of Third Street at about 11:40 p.m. on Nov. 24, the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department said in a news release.
The deputies had been alerted to possible domestic violence at that location, including “an unwanted Hispanic male adult in front of the residence under the influence of alcohol bothering a female who resided there,” officials said…
