An Ebony Alert was in effect Wednesday in Riverside County for a 12-year-old boy who was last seen in Eastvale.
Lewis Norman was last seen at approximately 4:17 p.m. Tuesday near Scholar Way and Orange Street, said the California Highway Patrol, which issued the alert on behalf of the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office.
Lewis is Black, 5 feet, 4 inches tall, weighs 120 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes. Authorities said he was last seen wearing a black jacket, a white shirt, black pants and black shoes…
