A 37-year-old felon suspected of illegally manufacturing firearm parts at his Jurupa Valley home, where stolen guns were also seized, was behind bars Monday.
Marco Ponce De Leon was arrested and booked into the Byrd Detention Center in Murrieta Saturday on suspicion of being a felon in possession of a firearm, possession of an illegally modified rifle, possession of a silencer, possession of an assault weapon and manufacturing firearms parts without a license.
De Leon is being held in lieu of $60,000 bail…
