A hit-and-run driver remains at large after a woman was struck and killed by two vehicles in Santa Ana.
On Dec. 19, the victim, Cecilia Janeth Sierra, 31, of Costa Mesa, was walking near the area of 3000 S. Main Street around 5:35 a.m.
While crossing the road, she was struck by a vehicle, which knocked her to the ground. As she was lying on the road, a second vehicle struck her and continued speeding away…
