Authorities are continuing the search for 47-year-old Jason Bronner of San Jacinto, who is accused of stealing tens of thousands of dollars’ worth of medical equipment from hospitals across Southern California. Bronner failed to appear in court on Dec. 19, leading a judge to revoke his $100,000 bond and issue a bench warrant for his arrest.Investigators say Bronner allegedly posed as hospital staff by wearing scrubs and a mask to gain access to restricted areas. He is accused of stealing surgical equipment and skin grafts from Eisenhower Health in Rancho Mirage during multiple incidents in June and July. Authorities say similar thefts were reported at medical facilities in Riverside County, Loma Linda, and Newport Beach.Bronner faces charges including burglary and receiving stolen property. Officials say he remains at large and urge anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact law enforcement.
