A 57-year-old pedestrian was struck and killed when she stepped into the path of an oncoming vehicle at a Lakeland Village intersection, authorities said Wednesday.
Danielle Leveque, an itinerant, was fatally injured just after 11 p.m. Monday at Grand Avenue and Stoneman Street, according to the California Highway Patrol.
