A Corona family is disappointed and frustrated after learning that the young woman convicted of killing their youngest son is now eligible for release from prison after serving only two and a half years of her nine-year sentence.
Benjamin Montalvo was killed in July 2020 while riding his bike with friends near his alma mater, Centennial High School in Corona, by Noemi Velado, who was texting and driving.
