SWAT officers in San Bernardino County saved a toddler after a man threatened to kill the child and himself after a discussion with girl’s mother about ending their relationship late last week.
The harrowing ordeal, according to a news release posted by the Upland Police Department, occurred around 12 p.m. on Jan. 16.
