Police ID driver in alleged DUI that killed pregnant woman in Southern California

The Anaheim Police Department has identified the driver they say was intoxicated when his vehicle collided with a car containing a pregnant woman, killing her and the baby Sunday morning.

Daniel Ramos, a 24-year-old from Riverside, faces charges of felony DUI and vehicular manslaughter, and “due to the victim being pregnant, additional charges may be considered,” police said in a news release.

Ramos allegedly ran through a solid red light at 12:10 a.m. on North Lemon Street above the 91 Freeway, causing his Lexus to collide with a Toyota Camry containing the woman…
