A mother has been arrested after a 19-month-old child was seen flying out of a car while it was making a turn at an intersection in Orange County.
The Fullerton Police Department issued a statement Monday saying officials there became aware of a video circulating on social media showing the toddler fall out of a black SUV as it turned onto Malvern Avenue from Euclid Street in Fullerton earlier this week.
Officials clarified that the incident is believed to have occurred between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. on Jan. 20 and that no calls for service were received in relation to the child falling. The same intersection was the site of a crash involving a group of fleeing jewel thieves three days later.
