The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in Riverside County rose Sunday for the 10th time in 11 days, increasing 2.2 cents to $4.224.
The average price has increased 10.1 cents over the past 11 days, including 2.5 cents both Friday and Saturday, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service. It rose six consecutive days, dropped one-tenth of a cent Wednesday and resumed rising Thursday.
The average price is 8.6 cents more than one week ago and 6 cents higher than one month ago, but 16.4 cents less than one year ago. It has dropped $2.149 since rising to a record $6.373 on Oct. 5, 2022…
