A total of 31,000 frontline registered nurses and health care professionals began an unfair labor practice (ULP) strike at Kaiser Permanente facilities across California, including in Fontana, Riverside and Ontario Medical Centers on Monday, Jan. 26.
The strike will affect more than two dozen hospitals and hundreds of clinics, making it the largest strike of health care professionals this year.
