A pedestrian was struck by a white pickup truck and seriously injured the morning of Monday, Feb. 9 at the intersection of El Paseo and Ocotillo Drive in Palm Desert.
The Riverside County Sheriff’s Office said deputies responded at around 9:44 a.m. to reports of a vehicle hitting a pedestrian.
When on scene, deputies reported the pedestrian had suffered “major injuries.” The pedestrian was sent to a local hospital in critical condition…
