One lucky Southern Californian is the state’s newest millionaire after a winning $32 million SuperLotto Plus ticket was sold in San Bernardino County.
The ticket was sold at Circle K at 681 E. Foothill Blvd. in Upland on Feb. 28. The winning numbers were 8, 11, 22, 37 and 46 and the Mega Number was 24.
