Here’s something you don’t usually see during your everyday commute. The CHP said it is investigating after a video surfaced of an officer riding in a cruiser that was being towed on a Riverside County freeway.
According to the woman who took the video, it happened on the westbound 60 Freeway around 4:10 p.m. on Sunday, March 1.
