Riverside police investigators Friday were asking anyone who may have spotted a man peering into residences around UC Riverside to contact investigators, following the arrest of a suspect allegedly caught watching female students in recent months.
Roberto Clemente Rincon, 49, of Riverside was arrested last month during a Riverside Police Department investigation into a series of peeping tom acts first reported in November.
“Incidents involved young female UCR students as victims,” police spokesman Detective Steven Espinosa said in a statement. “Rincon reportedly parked his vehicle in the area and then approached the residences at night and looked inside the windows.”…
