A Grocery Outlet in Ontario is expected to close by the end of this year.
The store at 4420 Ontario Mills Parkway is one of 36 underperforming locations nationwide the chain plans to shut down during the next 10 months, according to multiple reports.
“We’re closing underperforming stores, reshaping our new store growth strategy and reallocating resources to strengthen operating results and returns on capital,” said Jason Potter, the company’s president and chief executive officer, in a statement. “We’re confident that we have identified the core challenges, and now have the right plans in place and the right team to execute them.”…
