A 27-year-old woman was killed, and a man and an 11-year-old boy were airlifted to a hospital following a head-on crash Wednesday morning in Riverside County, authorities said.
The collision happened around 7:05 a.m. on State Route 371 south of Homestead Road near Anza, according to the California Highway Patrol.
