NAMPA, Idaho (CBS2) — Nampa Police have arrested two additional suspects in a fraud scheme being run on Treasure Valley businesses.
Earlier this month, Nampa Police arrested a man named Jiaxing Guan from Houston, Texas. Guan is facing multiple charges related to stolen bank cards, fraud, and theft. Now, Nampa PD says they have arrested 21-year-old Yuancheng Gou, from Renton, Washington, and 25-year-old Xiang Huang, from Corona, California.
Both are suspected partners in crime with Guan and are facing multiple charges, including grand theft, forgery, computer crimes, and more. All three men are also facing additional charges in neighboring cities, according to police…
