A 3-month-old baby has died and at least five others have been injured in a highway crash in California.
The crash occurred in the northbound lanes of the 215 Freeway near Eucalyptus Avenue in Riverside at around 7:30 p.m. local time on Sunday, March 29, ABC7 Los Angeles and KTLA reported, citing the California Highway Patrol (CHP).
A 2015 Nissan Versa slammed into the back of a 2013 Honda Civic, which had slowed due to heavy traffic. A 2015 Toyota Rav4 then hit the back of the Nissan, according to the outlets. The CHP is reportedly investigating the sequence of events leading up to the crash…
