A popular Mexican chain restaurant in Indio was investigated by Riverside County health inspectors this past week, according to reports.
Inspectors conducted a complaint investigation at Chipotle Mexican Grill, where they instructed the person in charge to make sure all food contact surfaces are properly cleaned and sanitized in an approved manner. No letter grade was provided during the investigation.
Elsewhere in Indio, the Super 8 by Wyndham Indio received a “B” grade due to a number of violations, including lack of sanitizer, hot water not meeting minimum temperature requirements and empty paper towel and hand soap dispensers. The facility will be reinspected…
