CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — A new break along the Mary Rhodes Pipeline is giving the City of Corpus Christi another look at the challenges of maintaining the critical water system.
The latest break was discovered near the Nueces River Pump Station in Calallen after the city had shut down the pipeline to make improvements.
