CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — A major change is coming to one of the longtime connections between Flour Bluff and Yorktown as construction continues along Yorktown Boulevard and the existing Mud Bridge prepares to be replaced.
The City of Corpus Christi is in the middle of a major reconstruction project along Yorktown Boulevard from Rodd Field Road to the Oso Creek Mud Bridge. The $25.5 million project will expand the roadway from two lanes to four lanes and includes improvements to pavement, drainage, utilities, sidewalks, lighting and traffic signals. The project is expected to be completed in 2027.
