We’ve all been there.
You go to a store like Target, Walmart or even just your local grocery store planning to buy just a few things and walk out with much, much more and your bank account a whole lot lighter.
A Texas woman recently had the same experience. The only difference is that her shopping spree went viral, both for the total and the location.
Tricia Lozinsky’s retail outlet of choice was Buc-ee’s, the famed one-stop shop for road trippers nationwide. But she certainly walked out with more than just a few snacks.
Lozinsky went viral when she posted a $750 Buc-ee’s receipt to a Facebook group called “BUC-EES LOVERS ❤️.”
Among the bigger-ticket items that ran her total up:
• 4 brisket sandwiches
• A Buc-ee’s seatbelt cover
• 3 doggie hoodies
• 2 packages of beef jerky
• A Buc-ee’s cornhole board
The group was largely in favor of Lozinsky’s big spending, with one person commenting, “This is honestly impressive. If I had that money to spend, I’d spend it there.”
