CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas – Over on Wexford Drive — between McArdle Road and Janssen Drive — is where the city just completed a Rapid Repaving Project on Monday. The pavement was the only thing that could be fixed under that program, but residents tell 3NEWS the streets aren’t the only paths needing reconstruction.
