CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas – Kingsville Police Department arrested two men they believe robbed Oliver’s Distinctive Jewelry on Oct. 18. Police Chief John Blair said Jacob Garcia was wearing the clown mask in the initial surveillance photo that was sent to 3NEWS on Friday, and his brother, Seth, is also believed to have participated in the crime.
