CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas – A 28-year-old man was critically injured in a stabbing on Friday evening following an argument, according to police. The incident occurred in the 3200 block of Ayers Street, and the suspect fled the scene. Officers responded to the call at 6:55 p.m. and found the victim with a stab wound, providing medical aid until medics arrived to transport him to a local hospital. The investigation revealed that the altercation was not random, as the victim and the offender are known to each other, stated the Corpus Christi Police Department.
