CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas – CCPD has released new details on what led to the arrest of Cody Ramos after a fatal shooting early Sunday morning on Moultrie Drive. Officers were dispatched to the St. Andrews Park area neighborhood shortly around 2 a.m. after receiving a call saying the reporting party was being robbed and had shot a man.
