CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas – A 30-year-old man was shot during an argument with his girlfriend outside an apartment building early on December 1, 2024. The incident occurred around 2:28 a.m. in the 400 block of Eldon Drive, according to a press release from the Corpus Christi Police Department. Officers responding to multiple reports of shots fired found the man with a gunshot wound. Medics transported him to a local hospital, where his injuries were deemed non-life-threatening. Witnesses reported that an unknown male observed the argument and subsequently shot the victim before fleeing the scene in a vehicle, the police department stated.
